Believe it or not.....I am loving being back in school and seeing the kids again! I have so many students that are in need of a strong stable adult role model, and I feel like I am that for several of my students. I can't even begin to explain the awesome feeling I have when a student who never smiles, runs to say good morning to me in the mornings! I LOVE it!!! If I can make the students believe in themselves and love life, then I have done my job!! With that said, I have a severe sore throat since I have been talking way too much the last week and a half!! But it is worth it!! I also started taking my Advocare vitamins and drinking spark again....and I feel great!
Another teacher that I work with and I have been talking and we have decided that we are going to start memorizing Bible verses each week. Something that can relate to every day life. I wanted to start and find the first verse to memorize. It is a great reminder that I tend to let slip away more often than not.
"Do your own work well, and then you will have something to be proud of. But don't compare yourselves with others." Galatians 6:4
I get caught up in wondering if I teach something as well as other teachers, but that is not what God wants us to do. He wants us to do the best we can and be proud of what we do!!
We are all unique! Be the best person you can be, and God will be happy!
